On February 15, 2025, in celebration of the Year of the Snake, CCEMP (Chinese Canadian Environmental & Municipal Professionals Association) joined forces with the five major Chinese engineering associations in Canada (CCEMP, CCCES, CCP, CSEA, and CCSA) to host a grand Lunar New Year gala. The event brought together professional engineers, industry elites, and association members for an unforgettable evening filled with spectacular cultural performances, interactive games, and warm exchanges.

In the warm and celebratory atmosphere, the presidents of the five associations—Shuyang Wang (CCEMP), Frank Feng (CCCES), Sandra Cheng (CCP), Hangang Li (CSEA), and Gang Wu (CCSA)—each delivered New Year greetings, sharing their wishes for the continued prosperity and development of the industry. - A mesmerizing Peking Opera performance of Empty City Strategy brought the rich history of the Three Kingdoms era to life.
- Frank and Joan’s duet, Nomadic Time, painted a vivid picture of the vast grasslands with their enchanting melodies.
- A Tai Chi demonstration, accompanied by a clarinet rendition of Butterfly Lovers' Concerto, symbolized the harmony between humanity and nature.
