CCEMP 将于6月6日(周六)举办2020年第二期技术讲座。本期讲座有幸邀请到重磅嘉宾:DHI 加拿大区的president Mr. Patrick Delaney和 有着丰富modelling经验的Dr. Yi Wang 为我们带来关于MIKE software 以及water modelling application 的专题讲座。
Speaker
Mr. Patrick Delaney is the President of DHI's operations in Canada and is responsible for all aspects of DHI’s business including consulting services, software sales, technical support, and training. Mr. Delaney participates in projects involving the development and implementation of water models and real-time operational forecasting systems related to integrated water resources management, wastewater and stormwater collection systems, urban and rural flooding, groundwater resources management, and climate change. He has more than 20 years of experience in the development and application of water modelling tools and technologies for a variety of disciplines, and he has considerable experience in managing complex, inter-disciplinary technology development, and water management projects. He has advised many clients working on local, regional, national, and international projects.
Dr. Yi Wang is a water resource modeller in DHI with extensive experience in water, stormwater, and flood modelling. He is proficient in many numerical modelling packages, including MIKE 21 FM, TUFLOW, and SRH-2D for 2D flood modelling, MIKE HYDRO River, MIKE Urban, EPASWMM, and HEC-RAS for 1D stormwater and flood modelling, HEC-HMS for hydrologic modelling, and InfoWater and EPANET for water system modelling. He has developed dozens of tools in ArcGIS, R, and Python to facilitate pre- and post-processing for the modelling exercises.
