Lan Yao works as Civil Designer at Urbantech Consulting - the GTHA's premier consulting engineering firm. Expertise in all land development, project management, and engineering needs. Lan graduated with her Master's in Civil Engineering from MacMaster University in 2020. Lan is experienced with subdivision design, land development, civil earthwork, FSR, and stormwater management with knowledge of provincial and municipal regulatory requirements. Lan served as the treasury of CCEMP since 2023.
