Board Member
Hailin is a professional engineer in the municipal consulting industry. He co-founded ETO Engineering in 2010 and currently oversees the corporate financials, overall P&L, business development, team building, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver various engineering projects to the local municipalities in Ontario. Hailin is also committed to serving non-profit organizations. He is a co-founder of CCEMP and has been serving as a board member since its inception in 2017.
