Xuewen He, M.Eng., P.Eng., PMP
Xuewen is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Aquafor Beech Limited, where she provides technical services in a range of projects, including municipal infrastructure capacity assessment, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, Municipal Class Environmental Assessment studies and functional designs, stormwater management, channel restoration, and fluvial geomorphology. She also provides project management and coordination services for small budget projects and multi-million projects.
Xuewen has been a member of CCEMP since 2017. She joined the Board of Directors in 2019 and has been devoting to provide a platform to connect, learn and grow for Chinese civil, environmental and municipal engineering professionals.
